IMPORTANT: shipping and handling fees are non refundable. Shipping and handling and return postage charges will be refunded only if the return is a result of our error. If you wish to exchange the item for something different the replacement items will be sent without any additional freight charge.
Holiday and seasonal items are not returnable after the holiday — If you order holiday linens or seasonal items and they turn out to be not quite right for your needs, please make sure to contact us to return the item before the holiday passes.
